Online Music Lessons

Online Music Lessons for All Ages

The Southeast School of Music provides online music lessons for all ages and skill levels. Online lessons have become increasingly popular since the pandemic, and they enable our students to continue their music education when in home music lessons aren’t always possible. Our music school offers online piano, violin, viola, cello, guitar, drum, and voice lessons.

Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the basics of your instrument, or a more experienced musician looking to enhance your technique and expand your musical skills, our instructors are passionate about teaching music and very effective at online teaching.

Our Approach

We want our students to learn and truly understand the language of music, so we use a skills-based approach to teaching that includes music and theory, ear training, and exposure to different music styles.

Your instructor wiill discuss with you the best time and day to meet for lessons online via Skype, Zoom, Facetime, or your preferred platform. If you plan to take online lessons, you must have a reliable Internet connection for your computer, whether it be a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

Flexible Online Teaching Schedule

Our music lessons are typically 30 to 60 minutes long, which allows for a customized learning experience based on your age, skill level and individual preference. The one-on-one sessions allow our instructors to focus on your needs, and provide personalized guidance, feedback, and support to help you develop your musical skills.
